Who runs it.
Head office in Çardak, branch in Istanbul. Boards and audit committees are elected every three years at a general assembly; everyone is a volunteer.

Chair of the Istanbul branch board. Author of the founding idea and the first letters; established the branch in 2015.
Founders
First general assembly — 5 April 2014
When the founding chair stepped down in February 2014, an extraordinary general assembly met at the office: 18 of 25 members attended. Item six on the agenda was dissolving the association — "having completed its function". The members voted no and elected new boards. Turgut Tagay presided; Alpay and Erdoğan Cengizer kept the minutes.

The decision to open a branch was taken at the July 2014 general assembly; the branch's first general assembly was held on 28 February 2015 at its address in İ.O.S.B. Esenler. The current branch board is not yet listed here.
