Legal basis
Scholarships and membership: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and the association's legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç). Contact and volunteering: your explicit consent (art. 5/1).
Who receives it
The bank, for scholarship payments; the Directorate of Associations where the law requires. No other third party, and never for marketing. Form submissions go to the association's email account and a spreadsheet managed by the association; the website host does not store them.
Scholarship result lists
The list of accepted students is published with that year’s announcement. Archive lists were carried over from the old site.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object. Apply to [email protected] or the postal address above; we reply within 30 days.
