Scholarship programme
Scholarships for university students from Çardak.
We have taken applications every September since 2014. Priority goes to students from Çardak and its villages; every complete application is reviewed. Results are published on this page in October.
Who can apply
- Students enrolled at a university in Turkey — associate or bachelor's degree, including preparatory year.
- Priority goes to students from Çardak district and its villages, or whose family is from Çardak. Others may apply and receive a scholarship if places remain.
- High-school students cannot apply — high-school scholarships ended with the 2022–23 year.
- Last year's recipients fill in the same form: choose “Yes, last year”, then upload a current transcript and proof of enrolment.

Documents
Applications are made only through the online form; each document goes in its own field (PDF, JPG or PNG, max 5 MB per file). No email or paper form.
- Proof of enrolment (from e-Devlet)
- Transcript — new students submit their final-year school report instead
- Proof of residence (from e-Devlet)
- Family income document — payslip, farmer's certificate, social security statement or similar
- Proof of enrolment for any siblings in education

How we decide
The board reviews applications together; nobody decides alone. In order: connection to Çardak, family income and siblings in education, academic record, completeness of documents. Continuing students come before new applicants; graduates are replaced by new students.
Recipients and the reserve list are published on the site. A student who does not renew documents during the year or repeats a year loses the scholarship and is replaced from the reserve list.
Frequently asked questions
I'm a high-school student. Can I apply?
No. Since 2022–23 we only fund university students. We look forward to your application once you start university.
I'm not from Çardak but I study in Denizli. Do I stand a chance?
You can apply. Applications from Çardak and its villages are reviewed first; if places remain, others are considered.
I already receive another scholarship. Can I still get one?
That rule is not published here. Mention it on the form; for a definite answer write to [email protected].
How much is it, and for how many months?
Monthly from October to June, by bank transfer. The amount is set by the board each year.
My documents are incomplete. Should I still send?
Incomplete applications are not reviewed. Complete them by 20 October; if you cannot, write to [email protected].
I repeated a year. Does my scholarship continue?
No. Repeating a year ends the scholarship; you may apply again the following year.
Where do I find the results?
On the results page and by email. Nobody will phone you; check the list yourself.
