What we planned, what happened.
In November 2013, before the opening, a workshop was held in the municipal wedding hall. Everyone who came said what they expected of the association; goals were written under six headings. The plan is below as it was; next to it, today.

Why we publish this
Most of the goals written thirteen years ago were not met, and the ones that were, were met by other routes. The association stayed small and ran on its founders' support — but it kept its promise on scholarships and saplings every single year. Publishing the plan next to what actually happened, rather than filing it away, is what "open and transparent" means.
