Charter amendment to open an Istanbul branch; 20 July 2014, 14:00; if no quorum, 27 July.
A charter amendment is needed to open a branch in Istanbul. An extraordinary general assembly will therefore be held on 20 July 2014 at 14:00 at the head office; if a quorum is not reached or the meeting is postponed, on 27 July 2014 at 14:00. Members are asked to attend.
